Do I have to install the app?
No. Your card also works in the browser and in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The app is there for anyone who likes it more convenient.
Which devices are supported?
The app needs iOS 17 or Android 7. With older devices you simply use the browser, with the same points and rewards.
How does a shop get into my app?
In the app, scan the QR code your shop has at the counter. The card then appears in your list.
How do I delete my account?
We explain it on the "Delete your account" page, linked in the section "Your data".
