Short answers before you start.
What does a digital stamp card with Treuli cost?
The Free plan costs €0 and covers up to 10 customers. Starter costs €39 per month, Business €99 per month. You can try both free for 14 days.
Is this still a stamp card?
In principle yes, just more precise: instead of one stamp per visit, customers earn points per euro spent. You decide how many. A big purchase counts more than a small one.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Customers scan the TSE or RKSV QR code on the receipt if your till prints it. Without a QR code, you book points in the admin area or hand out collection QR codes.
Do my customers have to install an app?
No. The card runs in the browser. Anyone who likes can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet or use the free Treuli app for iPhone and Android.
Can I design the card in my own colours?
Yes, your own colours and logo are included in every plan, even Free. White label and a custom domain are part of the Enterprise plan.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosting in the EU with Hetzner, a German provider. For push notifications, wallet cards and spam protection we use services from Apple, Google and Cloudflare. You sign the data processing agreement digitally in the admin area.
