What shop owners want to know before they start.
Does it really work without an app?
Yes. Your customers use Treuli in their phone’s browser: open the page, scan the receipt, collect points, redeem rewards.
How do customers get to the page?
Through the QR code on the counter or a link. Every shop gets its own address such as yourshop.treuli.app.
Do customers get notifications without the app?
On Android it works right in the browser. On iPhone, notifications arrive once the card is on the home screen (iOS 16.4 or later) or the Treuli app is installed.
What about Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Customers save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one tap. The points balance updates there automatically.
Do I need a POS integration?
No. Customers scan the TSE or RKSV QR code on the receipt if your till prints it. Without a QR code, you book points in the admin area or hand out collection QR codes.
What does a loyalty program without an app cost?
