Delete your account

In the app or in the browser

1. Sign in to the shop whose account you want to delete, in the Treuli app or in your browser.
2. Open your profile and choose “Delete account”.
3. Confirm that you want to delete your account permanently. If you have a password, enter it to confirm.
4. Choose “Permanently delete account”. The deletion happens immediately, cannot be undone, and you are signed out.

Collecting points at several shops?

With Treuli you have a separate account at every shop. The deletion only applies to the shop you are signed in to. For other shops, repeat the steps there.

No longer have access to your account?

1. Write to [email protected] from the email address you registered with.
2. We check that the request really comes from you.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Name and email address
• Date of birth and gender
• Profile picture
• Your points balance – any unused points expire
• Active sessions – you are signed out on every device
• The device ID for notifications

What stays – and why

Your past purchases and points transactions stay stored without any link to you, because the shop has to keep them for tax reasons. They can no longer be traced back to you.
