Delete account
Here's how to have your Treuli account and personal data deleted.
Directly in the app or in your browser
Open your profile and choose "Delete account". Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Do you collect points at more than one shop?
On Treuli, every shop has its own separate account. Deleting your account only affects the shop you're currently signed in to. Repeat the steps there for any other shop.
No longer able to access your account?
Email us at support@treuli.app from the address you registered with. We'll verify the request came from you and delete your account within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation.
What gets deleted
Your name, email address, date of birth and gender are removed. Any remaining points are forfeited. Anonymized sales records are kept, since the shop is legally required to retain them for tax purposes, but they can no longer be traced back to you.
